Luxury resort accommodation with a private pool

This Southern Dunes luxury villa is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom two story home. It is decorated and furnished to the very highest standards. It has its own private swimming pool which is equipped with furniture and loungers for your enjoyment. The lounge dining area and kitchen are open plan with vaulted ceilings to give a very light and airy feel. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and sleeps up to 10 people.

Lounge

The lounge has a sofa which converts into another double bed. It is beautifully furnished and has a CD/radio and a cable TV entertainment centre with computer/TV games and DVD for your enjoyment. There is a telephone with free local calls.

Dining Area

The dining area has a large dining table and 4 chairs. The patio door opens up onto the pool area. This is a very comfortable place to sit, eat your meals and enjoy watching the sunset.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you could possibly need. There is a cooker, fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and much more. There is a generous pantry for food storage.

Master Bedroom

The master suite has a queen size bed, cable TV, luxury en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.

Double Bedroom

Here we have a double bed, large wardrobe and plenty of storage space. This is a lovely downstairs room at the back of the house, with a sliding doorway leading out to the pool, this lovely double bedroom leads off to another full bathroom with shower.

Twin Bedrooms, x2

The twin rooms are beautifully furnished with twin beds and again, large wardrobes plus plenty of storage space.

Second Bathroom

There is a well equipped second bathroom with shower for the additional two bedrooms.

Pool Area

My screened pool is southwest facing so gets the sun all day. Inflatable toys and pool games are on hand so it’s ideal for the kids!

Pool heating is available - this is optional, with an extra charge of $150 (£85) per week. This is recommended from October through March.

Garage and Laundry Room

In addition to a spacious garage there is also a washer and dryer for your convenience together with iron and ironing board.

Towels and Linens

All linens, blankets and towels are provided freshly laundered.

Younger Guests

My villa has cable TV, videos, DVD’s, board games and a computer/TV games console all of which will help entertain the younger guests. The pool area has inflatable toys for our younger guests entertainment.

Babies

My villa has a cot and high chair for families with babies & toddlers.
